· During Production Inspection(DPI)

During Production Inspections(DPI)are conducted during the product in production. The DPI can detect the Non-conformity of product in an early stage, avoid the re-work of full lots of cargos, time and cost are saved from both customer and supplier. Normally the inspection is conducted under the condition of 20% to 30% production completed.

The inspector will conduct the inspection to: the raw material, components which assembly on the product, packaging material, the marking and labeling, the construction of the product, the manufacturing process, the capability of the production, the semi-product, running the testing to the final products, take all photos.

Normally, the below items are covered in QCIC's DPI inspection report:

Merchandise information; Production status; Packing; On-site test conducting; Measurement data; Workmanship (raw material, components and final products); Marking and Labeling; Product specification; Special requirements by customer; Inspection photos.

All defects are explained and clarify to the representative of factory.

A draft report is issued to the factory once the inspection is completed. Weinspection guarantees that the formal report will be delivered to customer within 24hours after the completion of the inspection. Corrective actions will possible be required to be conducted by the customer to the factory after customer checking DPI report.
